It’s safe to say that I’m a true crime junkie. I have been since I was a kid. I would buy those magazines that had true crime stories long before there were things like podcasts and internet. One thing that has always bewildered me are those people that have this mentality of “if I can have them, no one can.” Especially the ones that kill themselves after they kill the person they’re obsessing over. I mean, I get that they’re not in their right mind, cuz murder. But what sense does that make? If you really love someone, why would you want to end their life? Cuz they hurt you? Are you going to kill everyone that hurts you? I cannot wrap my mind around it! I guess it’s fairly obvious that this mindset is not about love at all. It’s self centered and selfish on a whole new level. There’s a whole lot of things I don’t understand, but I am starting to understand that the more I learn about the human race, the less I like people. And trust? Nah, I don’t think I completely trust anyone, but this isn’t news. Anyone that knows me or thinks they know me, can tell you that while I seem pretty open…I’m actually pretty closed off. Go figure.

I’ve never understood why someone’s past matters to someone that wasn’t even part of it. If you didn’t kill someone or molest a child or torture animals, I just don’t think it should matter. Who cares how many people someone dated or fucked or almost married? Why should any of that matter to someone that’s not been part of your life until now? I’ve heard so many people, especially men, just lose their shit over the amount of lovers someone’s had in their past. What I don’t understand is why? A woman can push a baby from her vagina and still remain tight. So, there’s no stretching of the vagina that comes from having multiple dicks up in it. We bathe. We move forward. We hopefully recover from trauma, both mental and physical. So, why is it some ridiculous bother? I don’t care how many lovers someone I’m with has had in the past. I prefer the “don’t ask” rule, but if you do ask, be prepared for the worst answer you can imagine. If you’re not prepared for that, then don’t ask. No one in the past matters. If they did, they wouldn’t be in the past.

When I was growing up I knew of two donut shops in the whole city. One was a local shop that was really close to our house. The other was Krispy Kreme, but I had no idea this was part of a chain. I thought we had the only one. So, when I saw the donuts in the grocery store, I found it really odd that anyone would buy them there instead of just going and getting them when they were “HOT NOW.” For those that don’t know the chain, they have a neon light that pops on when the donuts are just done which is the absolute best time to eat them. They melt in your mouth and they are amazing! Of course, a few years later I figured out that you can also achieve this “HOT NOW,” melt in your mouth effect, by popping them in the microwave for a few seconds. However, it wasn’t until I heard about Madonna and Rosie O’Donnell eating them in New York that I realized Krispy Kreme was part of a chain! I was sheltered and naïve, okay? Now that I’m all grown up and far less naïve, I’ve discovered that the best donuts come from different places! Nothing beats a “HOT NOW,” which is what I honestly thought Krispy Kreme donuts were called for most of my childhood. However, for a proper Boston Cream, it has to be Dunkin. Never count out a local donut shop or grocery store bakery though, cuz Publix (a grocery store chain) makes the BEST apple fritters! Can you tell I like donuts? LOL

So, I wasn’t sure what I was going to write about or if I was just going to slap some song lyrics in here and call it a day. I decided to look at Facebook to see if any topics jumped out at me or what was the daily ragefest. Surprisingly, I didn’t see anyone going off about anything in particular, but what I did see…well, let’s just say I’m running out of blankets. As if my mirrors and my recent birthday weren’t enough, not one, but TWO people on my timeline had to point out how freaking old we are. Yeah! One of them had posted a meme about how 20 years ago was 2001, not the 80s and how that doesn’t sit well with them. Now, I totally agree with this meme. It blows me away when I think of time in this way. So, in the comments I yelled at her and gently covered her with a blanket. As I continued scrolling, I come across another meme about how we didn’t screenshot in middle school, we did a three way call and muted. Well, that was too much for me…now another friend is covered with a blanket and quite frankly, I’m running out of blankets. Winter is coming and I’m going to freeze!!

I want to say right up front that I am not an official Lelutka Blogger, so all the heads I have purchased myself, with the exception of two that were bought for me, by my beautiful sisters, Kess and Sassy. However, like many people on the grid I will use whatever resources I can to acquire things as quickly as possible. Thus, I acquired the new Gaia head and played with it straight away. To my immediate surprise, I discovered that this head came with THREE sets of ears. There’s the basic human ears that are already attached to the head. There are the standard elf ears that have become a fixture with the new Evo X line. However, the big surprise was that there was fox ears, too!!! WHAT?!?!? Now, I love me some cats and I am quite feline in nature. However, I rarely go full out neko anymore. These ears are quite tempting, but at my age…well, I just feel like they are a bit costumey for me. Yes, I made up a word. With that said, I have seen soooo many girls wearing these and they are sooo damn cute!! I’m not even sure that this head’s base features work for my personal look and preferences, but this head is definitely a game changer. If you are looking for a new look, something that isn’t quite like everyone else…I recommend that you at least demo this adorable new head. Play with it and experiment with different skins, cuz we all know that a skin can change everything. For instance, I’m wearing the new Sora skin from Glam Affair in this photo, but when I tried on some other skins it was a completely new look from this one. This also inspired me to go have a look at the Lelutka store for which heads I don’t own. What I discovered (yes, I’m slow) is that they have updated quite a few of their previous heads to Evo X. So, the next time you see me, I’ll be wearing Erin Evo X and it will look a lot more like Sady than this one. The moral of the story is…if this isn’t the head for you, try looking at some of the updated heads. You just don’t know what you might find until you try it out. This is the cheapest plastic surgery on the planet, so why not play with it and have some fun!?!?

When I started decorating my current home on the Blake, I immediately used the Familiar Mess desk from Nutmeg. My bestie, Harvey, came to see my progress and said that my desk was triggering. He can’t stand a messy desk. Immediately, I knew that I would be changing my desk and using this Mess on the Desk set from Insurrektion. The next time he came over, I let him know that I had taken away the desk that triggered him. *grins* He knew I was trolling him, but he looked anyway. He responded with, “I hate you.” He doesn’t, but he did in that moment. I left it out so it can trigger him every time he comes over. *giggles*
